Light, aromatic soup which is prepared without frying
Products:
1-2 peppers (red and green), 1-2 potatoes, onion, 2 carrots, lovage link (we can also add thyme and parsley)
1-1.5 kg small fish / goby, small shad and bluefish and small squid /
Preparation:
We slice and put the vegetables in a deep bowl with water. Boil until they are almost ready. Add the fish broth and continue to boil for another 15-20 minutes /you can put the fish to the bowl useing cheesecloth and that way no bones will fall in the soup/.
When the fish is cooked, remove it from the bouillon, clean the bones, slice in small pieces the fish and all vegetables and put them back in the bouillon.
Serve the fish soup served with salamuriyka souce.
