Do you think we need Gastro-guides in rural areas and what should they do?
As we informed you earlier, the Association "Culinary Arts and Hospitality" (ACAH) is working on an international project, financed by the Erasmus+ program, within the framework of which we will develop a new professional profile for the so-called Gastro-Guide (Gastro-Guide).
We envision him as a distinctive figure of a local person who knows how to both support and engage the local community, as well as attract visitors and promote the authentic cultural heritage of his region.
And how do you imagine it?
