Ingredients for one person dish:
2 old onions,
peppers 2-3 / peppers /
1 head celery,
1 carrot,
80 gr. rice,
30 gr. oil,
parsley,
hot red pepper (chili) and salt.
Preparation:
Slice in pieces the onion, the carrot and the celery and steam them for a few miniutes. Slice the peppers into cubes and add them to the onion. In 4-5 min. add the rice. Mix well and pour 1/2 cup of warm water. Add salt, tomatoes and chili. Cook until is ready.
Serve with thinly sliced parsley.
