"Banitsa" with onion (Luchnik)

Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 packet of dry yeast / 20 grams yeast / ~ 50gr. sugar/  ~ 50 gr. salt / 2-3 tablespoons oil / 300ml warm water/ 500-600 gr. flour, fat spreads tray
filling:
4-5  onions, cut into crescents, red roasted peppers 5-6 / peppers / 4-5 cloves garlic, 100 gr. tomato paste, spices: ground black pepper, savory, basil thyme oil

Preparation:
In a deep pot mix the flour with sugar, salt and yeast. Form a well in which slowly start to pour the water and the oil. Knead into a soft dough. Cut the dough in two parts and leave it to rest.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a pan with a little oil steam the vegetables. In a few minutes add the spices and remove from the fire.
Roll out each part of the dough until its diameter became bigger than the diameter of the pan in which you will bake the "luchnik".
Put the first sheet in the tray. Pour part of the filling over it. 
Slice in two pieces the secound part of the dough and roll it out so that will fit to the tray. Add the first rolled dough in to the  tray then add the second part of the vegetables and then and the last part of the dough. Leave it to rest about 20 min. and bake it for 35 min.
