7-day culinary tour on the northern coast of Black sea

Start Date: 06/02/2014,
Accommodation in Shabla. 7 nights full board (full board), including breakfast, lunch and dinner, visit to different places and resorts on the north coast. Refreshments are provided in the hotel restaurant. Lunch and dinner are organized into categorized restaurants in the program. Transport is included. Entry fees are not included in the package.

PROGRAM
Day 1 - 6.30 pm. Departure from Varna, Antim I str.. Arriving in Shabla and accommodation in hotel "Navi". Shabla is situated only 150m from the sandy beaches of "Dobrudja" camp near Shabla, near to Tuzla Lake and Shabla lake. The Sea here is shallow with a soft sandy bottom and the beach is the most visited place by all residents and guests of Shabla. The lunch is in restaurant "Lazur" in Camping "Dobrudja" Shabla. Visit of the lighthouse of the town is planned. Dinner in restaurant "Lazur" in Camping "Dobrudja".

Day 2 - Breakfast. Visit of Shabla history museum (optional). Departure to Dourankoulak. Arrival and walking along the beach and the region. Lunch in "Goldfish" restaurant, situated at the coast of Durankulak lake. Lunch menu includes local fish soup, a main dish of fresh fish from the lake Durankulak (carp, perch, catfish), seasonal dessert. Drinks are not included.
Free afternoon.
18.00 - Dinner at "Chaika" Restaurant in "Cosmos" camping. Dinner includes salad, main course and dessert. Music program is included. 21.00. - traveling back to Shabla.
Day 3 - Breakfast. Departure to mussel farm "Dalboka". Boat trip in the bay. Lunch in the restaurant of the mussel farm (soup, mussels, clams, dessert stuffed scallops with apple stuffing, bread, mineral water). Free time. Dinner at restaurant "The Lake" (fish salad appetizer with caviar, main dish - chicken chop, bread, min. water). Departure to Shabla.

Day 4 - Breakfast. Departure to Ezerets - one of the few places near the sea, that preserved its unique atmosphere, comfort, quietness and complete peace of mind that what we lack more in the big city. Walk on the pristine sandy beach between the village and camping Shabla. Lunch at the "Wild Duck" restaurant. Short fishing course in Ezerets lake. Dinner at the "Wild Duck" restaurant. The menu offers buffet with oven specialties, traditional pitas and sach. Evening program with folk music and fire dancing. Departure to Shabla.
Day 5 - Breakfast. Visit of "Bolata" Bay and free time. Lunch at the restaurant on the beach. Lunch includes salad, main dish (chicken or pork) and ice cream dessert. Panoramic tour by boat on the bay (optional). Dinner at the "Hippodrome" restaurant in Balgarevo. Departure to Shabla.Day 6 - Breakfast. Visit of Shabla lake with tour guide lecture. Departure to Balchik. Visit of "The Palace" architectural - park complex. Wine tasting in the cellar of the complex (optional). Lunch at "White House" on the promenade. Visit of Balchik history museum and Yak Azala Baba tomb (optional). Free time. Dinner at "Sea Eye" restaurant.
Day 7 - Breakfast. Visit the Green educational center in Shabla. Departure to cape Kaliakra, located in 12 km southeast from Kavarna. Tourists come here because of the rich history, unspoiled nature and beautiful panoramic views. There are many legends associated with the cape. The most famous of them is about 40 Bulgarian girls, who jumped off the cliff into the sea to escape from the Ottoman Turks. Departure to "Yailata". Lunch at the "Three chestnut" restaurant in Kamen Briag. The archaeological reserve "Yailata" keeps the remains of 101 houses, inhabited in the V century BC, three necropolis (family tombs) form III - V century carved in the rocks. In the northern part of the 'Big Yaila' there is a small early Byzantine fortress built in the late V century. Departure to Shabla. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Night.
Day 8 - Departure to Varna.

- Accommodation in the period 02.06.2013-15.06.2013 - 14 nights in a hotel with 1 * (or similar) per person in a double room in hotel "Navi" - Shabla.
- Meal on full board, incl. breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- Walks and boat excursions - mussel farm

- Transport with a comfortable tourist bus (air conditioning, video system, minibar);

- Entrance fees and tickets for museums, attractions, other personal attractions.
